Return & Exchange Policy
The Returns, Refund, and Exchange Policy shall operate in consonance with the terms and conditions of this website and shall govern the cancellation, returns (if applicable), and exchange of products purchased by the user from this website.
Cancellation:
A user may request cancellation of a product purchased through this website by email from you within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order has been dispatched. However, if the order has already been dispatched, the request will not be entertained by this website. Certain products available on this website may not qualify for cancellation.*
Returns (If applicable)
A user may request to return a product purchased through this website within 3 days of receipt of such product.
In case multiple products are purchased through a single order, but products are received by the user on different dates, each product shall be requested to be returned within 3 days of receipt of that particular product.
In case the user receives a product that is different from what they had ordered, please contact us within 3 days via email. The item must be returned unused and in the same condition the user had received the product. In case the product is damaged, the user would be required to send a photograph displaying the damage caused to the product.
For returns, please provide us the proof if you receive a wrong or damaged product. You can do it by clicking a picture and sending it to contact@loosetea.in.
Failure of the user to request a return within 3 days of receipt of a product will not be accepted as returned and no refund or exchange would be offered for such a product.
In case multiple products are purchased through a single order, but products are received on different dates, expiry of the return period of one product would not affect the return of other product or products received by the user.
Notwithstanding anything written hereinabove, this website reserves the right to offer or not to offer returns or refund on any particular product or classes of products. Products sold on sale/ discount cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving the returned product from the user and inspecting it, if the request to return a product is accepted by this website, the user would be notified of the same by email and a refund process would be initiated, processed, and the amount due would be credited to the user through net-banking in his bank account/ wallet, within 15 days. In case of returns due to damaged/defective product, we will issue a full refund including the delivery charges incurred by you for receiving and sending back the product. No refund will be issued without proofs. If the refund is processed by this website and not received by the user in his bank account/ wallet, the user would be required to contact her bank/ wallet provider.
Exchanges (if applicable)
The above mentioned conditions for a ‘request to return’ shall also be applicable for a request to exchange. Upon receiving the returned product from the user and inspecting it, if the request to exchange a product is accepted by this website, the user would be notified of the same by email and an exchange process would be initiated. A product once exchanged would not qualify for a return or a subsequent exchange, unless the product received by the user is suffering from damage.
